Mayin Wellness was born from a deep conviction: wellbeing is not a luxury — it is the ground beneath everything else. Our founder brings deep yoga study, prenatal & postnatal specialist training, and breathwork to every session, creating spaces where people truly feel seen, supported, and ready to grow.

Drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and restorative traditions — woven together with mindfulness and movement science — we offer an experience of wellbeing that honours both ancient wisdom and the demands of modern life.

Not at all. Every session is shaped around where you are right now — whether you have never stepped onto a mat or have an established practice you want to deepen. Silvia's approach meets you exactly where you are.
Sessions draw on Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and restorative yoga, woven together with breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Individual sessions are fully tailored; group classes rotate across styles so there is always something fresh.
Yes — your very first one-to-one session is offered free for new individual and prenatal clients. It is a relaxed, no-commitment introduction so you can experience the teaching style before booking a course.
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. A yoga mat if you have one (mats are available for in-person sessions). Water, and an open mind — that is genuinely all you need.
Yes. All individual and prenatal sessions are available online via video call, making them accessible wherever you are in the world. Corporate programmes can be delivered virtually, on-site, or as a hybrid.
Our primary in-person studio is at Baltimore Wharf, Canary Wharf, London E14. Sessions are also available at other locations across the city and online globally.
Group sessions require a minimum of 4 participants to run. If you are booking for fewer people, a private or small-group session will be arranged instead — just get in touch and we will find the best option.
Prenatal yoga is safe and highly beneficial when taught by a qualified specialist. Silvia holds the RYPT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) certification from Yoga Alliance USA. We welcome clients from around 12 weeks of pregnancy — always with your midwife or doctor's sign-off.
Absolutely. Corporate programmes are regularly delivered on-site at offices across Canary Wharf and the City of London. We adapt to your space, schedule, and team size — no specialist equipment needed.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may be charged in full. We are always happy to talk through any unexpected circumstances — just reach out.
